Cancellation Policy

The deposit paid to confirm the booking is not refundable.
If you don’t show up for the tour, you are charged full price.
If you cancel within the previous 48hrs, you will be charged the full amount agreed (deposit + missing part).

If you booked a certain amount of hours and you have paid deposit to confirm that amount of hours, but you decide to reduce the amount of hours, you will be charged full price agreed, if the change happens within 48hrs from the time of your tour. Eg: you book 3hrs but the same day you decide to only have 2 hrs tour: you will be charged 3hrs anyway.

Guests will also receive a full refund or credit in case we have to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delay Policy

If you arrive late, you lose tour’s time (if small delay), or your tour gets cancelled.

Example 1: tour booked from 4pm to 6pm and you arrive at 4:30pm, you lose 30mins, since the tour finished at 6pm anyway to be on-time with the next guests.
Example 2: tour booked from 4pm to 6pm and you arrive at 6pm, you lose your tour and your are charged the remaining 50%.

If you are late, send us a message on Whatsapp or call us, we try to do our best to find a solution on our schedule to have you on board with us.

It could happen that we delay a bit your tour due to different reasons. It is your responsibility to explicitly tell in advance, at the moment of booking if you have a strict/tight schedule, like being at maximum a certain hour in a certain place. Example: you book a 2hrs tour from 5:00 to 7:00 and we arrive 15mins late. You haven’t told us anything before about your agenda that says to end the tour at 7:00 latest. You just tell us when on board of few moments before. Then, you pay 2 full hrs instead of 1:45, because we reserved the boat for you.

Weather Conditions Policy

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case we have to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

If the weather conditions are suitable to cruise but for some reasons the client doesn’t want to experience the tour, no refund is due and you are charged full price.

If the weather conditions are not suitable to cruise , we try to reschedule your tour on a better day/hour and eventually refund you.

If we have to cancel for our internal reasons or other unforeseen circumstances we try to reschedule on a better day/hour and eventually refund you.

Damages

If the client causes damages to the boat and dirt it excessively, he will be invoiced for the amount necessary to fix the damage or clean the boat.

Sickness

If, during the tour, you experience sickness, you must to tell the captain and we try to stop, change cruising speed etc to ensure you feel better. If we are forced to stop the tour due to sickness, no refund is due.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to swim, you haven’t ate for at least 2 hours before entering the water and about diving.

Extra

It is strictly prohibited embark and use any type of drugs and illegal substances. If, at the moment of embarking, you or a member of your group is not in the right condition (drunk, drugs etc), we can refuse to have you or just some members of the group on-board and no refund is due. 

Shoes, flip flops and anything that can damage the boat, are not allowed on-board. Only bear feet or socks.

Smoking on board is not allowed while cruising. Electronic cigarettes and vape are fine. Traditional cigarettes could be smoked when stop and on the platform on the back of the boat.
